I stumbled across this and found it to be very good material from real veterans of open source: Brian Fitzpatrick and Ben Collins-Sussman of Subversion and Google Code. I highly recommend all Kohana Devs give it a view. It has some good tips to help us be better developers and ultimately have a better project.
